War nicht ganz zufrieden

Die Qualität ist in Ordnung, daran habe ich kaum etwas auszusetzen. Enttäuschend fand ich allerdings den Service. Die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert und auch die Rücksendung war meiner Meinung nach nicht kundenfreundlich geregelt. Obwohl ich wegen des Unisex-Schnitts bereits XL statt meiner normalen Größe L bestellt hatte, war der Artikel trotzdem zu klein. Ich wollte daher eine Nummer größer bestellen, aber als mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen muss, kam das für mich nicht mehr infrage. Insgesamt gibt es beim Service aus meiner Sicht noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Um möglichst ressourcenschonend zu arbeiten, bedrucken und besticken wir unsere T-Shirts auf Bestellung - so produzieren wir nur das, was auch wirklich benötigt wird. Die Bearbeitungszeit von Bestellungen mit T-Shirts (sowie Pullovern, Hoodies und Beanies) kann dadurch bis zu 7 Werktage in Anspruch nehmen.
Einen kostenlosen Rückversand bieten wir tatsächlich nur im Reklamationsfall an. Bei Retouren aufgrund von Nichtgefallen oder nicht passender Größe übernehmen wir die Versandkosten nicht.
