Our products

What are your care recommendations?

To ensure that you get the most out of our products, here are our washing and care recommendations:

T-shirts, sweaters, socks, jute bags: At 30 degrees and turned inside out, but do something good for the environment and air more and wash less.

Tea towels: Up to 60 degrees.

Sponge cloths: Wash in the washing machine or dishwasher at up to 90 degrees.

The following applies to all textiles: Do not iron, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, do not dry clean.

Enamel cups: We recommend good old hand washing, as the dishwasher can attack the top coating.

Ceramic cups: All ceramic cups are dishwasher safe.

Drinking bottles: The bottles are completely dishwasher safe, including the lids. When cleaning in the dishwasher, remove the sealing disc from the lid so that the lid and sealing disc are properly cleaned.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! The only animal-related items in our product range are the motifs and some of our GEPA chocolates (you can find the ingredients in the product description).

Is motif X also available as such and such a product?

If you can't find a combination of product and motif in our shop, then it usually doesn't exist (yet). But since we're always launching new products, it's quite possible that it will one day be available. We always take your feedback into account, so feel free to write to us if you have a request: either by email to info@ligarti.com or, for example, on Instaram .

Do you also do customizations?

For production reasons, we cannot offer personalizations such as names or similar - at least not at prices as affordable as providers who specialize in this. However, we are happy to create individual motifs on request. So if you would like to give something really special as a gift, send us an email to info@ligarti.com or call us on 020225349300 .

When shopping

Kommt meine Bestellung noch vor Weihnachten an?

Das kommt darauf an, wann du bestellt hast. Bestellungen, die einen Pulli oder ein T-Shirt enthalten, mussten bis zum einschließlich 15. Dezember bestellt werden, um rechtzeitig verschickt werden zu können. Für alle anderen Bestellungen war diese Frist am 18. Dezember. Bei Bestellungen, die nach diesen Fristen eingehen bzw. eingegangen sind, können wir nicht mehr garantieren, dass sie rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten da sind.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value with us. However, you can save on shipping costs if you spend over a certain amount. More information on this can be found in our shipping costs section.

Are there exceptions to promotions where there is a discount "on everything"?

Yes! The following products and categories are generally excluded from general discounts: originals, mini-originals and vouchers.

Is there a LIGARTI store?

Yes, we have a shop attached to our factory in Wuppertal. You can find us at Unterdörnen 79 in 42283 Wuppertal . Come by and have a look around :)

What payment methods are available?

We offer a variety of payment options, including:

Your order

I didn't receive an order confirmation, why?

If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be that the wrong email address was entered. This can happen (as long as your shipping address is correct, we will of course still send your package).
Please send us a short email to bestellung@ligarti.com with your request and we will be happy to send you your order confirmation manually.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as the package has not yet been sent, anything is usually possible. Just call us on 0202/25349300 or send us an email to bestellung@ligarti.com .

I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

Simply send us a message to bestellung@ligarti.com or give us a quick call on +49 (0)202 25349300 – we will be happy to help you.

How far along is my order?

As soon as you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to the order status. This will be followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Using this tracking number, you can see where your package is at any given time.

Shipping & Collection

Which shipping provider does LIGARTI use to send its packages?

We always send your package CO2-neutrally with either DHL GoGreen or GLS Klima Protect. This way, together we protect the environment and avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions.

How much are the shipping costs?

For shipping within Germany, we are happy to cover part of the shipping costs for you. Our shipping prices are as follows:

Small letter: 2.49 €
Large letter/parcel: 4.90 €

For orders over €50.00 we ship your order free of charge within Germany.

Within the EU: 10,00 €

To Switzerland: 15,00 €

Other countries: 34,90 €

Your exact shipping costs are always automatically calculated for you at checkout before you complete your order.

Can I also pick up my order in the store?

Simply select 'Pick up in store' at checkout and save on shipping costs. You will receive a message from us as soon as your product is ready for you to pick up.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship your order globally. Please note that when shipping to countries outside the EU, you may incur additional charges such as customs fees. Delivery costs may also vary. They will be calculated automatically at checkout, but you can also view them here in the FAQs under "How much are the shipping costs?".

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation?

Of course, we'd be happy to. Please make sure that you enter the postal code and your box number correctly so that DHL can deliver your package correctly.

Shipping time

We usually send your package/letter within 1-2 working days.

Please note that orders for T-shirts or sweaters sometimes take a little longer because we produce these products on demand for you. For these products, it can take up to 10 working days before we send the package.
