Unpacking:

Ceramic mugs are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transport. Remove the packaging materials carefully to avoid breakage or scratches on the surface.

Instructions for use - Use:

Our ceramic mugs are food-safe and suitable for both hot and cold beverages. Clean the product thoroughly before first use. Avoid using it over an open flame, on direct heat sources, or in the oven.

Warnings:

• Do not place the cup directly on hot surfaces such as stovetops or open flames.
• Clean the cup regularly to avoid bacteria or deposits, especially if you use it for hot drinks.
• Caution: Risk of breakage, avoid subjecting the cup to strong impacts or dropping it.
• Scalding hazard: Hot drinks in the cup can heat the surface considerably. Therefore, hold the product securely and avoid direct contact with the hot surface.

Cleaning and care:

The ceramic mug is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, for a longer lifespan, we recommend hand cleaning with a mild detergent and a soft sponge or cloth to avoid color abrasion and surface damage.
